The company was started by Steven Paling, Debbie Jenkins and Dan Taylor who all share the same vision, to have a select client list and to focus on personal management with an emphasis on getting to know clients as individuals and helping develop careers.
The newest member of the team Craig Weir is head of the TV and Film department; he came directly from United Agents and brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge from that side of the business.
Combining decades of experience as performers and creatives within the industry, the team at Paling and Jenkins are fully aware of the individual needs of their clients and what is required to succeed in the business today.
